I mainly bought this deal because of the integrations with Zoom and MailChimp. I haven't gotten it working yet and may update my review at some point. But after an hour of "setting it up", it still feels unready for prime time.

Issues:
— As many others have mentioned, the UI on this system is just a kludgefest.
— The appointment form can only take 6 questions total, makes them all hard to read (For Some Reason They Title Case Every Single Word On The Form), and doesn't offer simple checkbox or radiobox options, just text fields.
— Integrating with Zoom and Mailchimp requires API keys (not the worst thing), but after setting it up and testing, I did not actually get a Zoom link in my calendar appointment.
— The appointments show up in my calendar, but I did not get email confirmations as the user or the host.
— I was optimistic about a WordPress plugin, hoping that would look better on my site than the iframe, but according to the repository it hasn't been updated in 3 years, so the security of it is unclear and bookafy is clearly not actually supporting the plugin.

I did get an email from someone on the team offering setup help. I replied with some of my issues but haven't heard back yet.

I wish them well, but I'm 90% sure I'll be asking for my first AppSumo refund on this one and just stick to the free version of Calendly for now.
