pay me monthly for all the services i offer them and i gave them this booking service now one day they decide to stop paying me but now they took over this blab page i created for them and they changed password to their own and i lost my license please suggest a fix to this.
The only thing i can think of is you create a setting that i can turn on that nobody can change password maybe you offer double authentication i put my cell phone number and now client can never change the password and take over my license
We don't support reselling licenses or buying and giving them away. We are not telling you not to do it, but that is not what we had in mind when offering this deal.
From our perspective the person who's email is in the system is the account holder. When purchasing this deal there is no way for us to know who actually made the payments since this is handled by appsumo.
