This is packed with features! At first, the UI seems simple, but when you dive into creating funnels, heatmaps, the set of features is very rich!

I set up about 30 smart funnels and it's gathering data which is exciting. I'm comparing results to the HotJar tool - so far it's really good, and I'll be able to cancel my HotJar subscription. The recording feature is giving a ton of insight into how my visitors navigate my website and fill out forms.

Many of my heatmaps needed to be refreshed, which support did promptly. I wish there was the ability to refresh heatmap myself. But it's a requested feature.

Overall, great product and I'm glad I picked it up!
