Great all-in-one platform. I have tried a few and the layout seems to be the most intuitive for me in Flowlu. If you connect to e-mail, the automation presents many possibilities and great that you can actually keep properly within the CRM (vs. CRM without automation and having to use an e-mail marketing type platform to automate e-mails). Automations for assigning tasks, etc. are also great so that you automatically notify teammates of tasks just by moving the opportunity from stage to stage.

It appears to be developed software (i.e. not in alpha or beta modes).

- Chat and ability to mention/tag users within the platform
- Report (they categorize it, so it’s easy to find for what you looking for)

What I would like to see in the future
- client portal (already on the roadmap)
- add 'on hold' or 'deferred' type status for a stage
- the ability to easily mention/link to different sections within KB articles or mention/link to another article within KB (or even in another KB)
