Yes, folders will be added as tags when importing bookmarks.
The bookmarks are sorted by "last updated" (or "created" in this case). So they probably won't have the original sort order.

Thank you for your reply. To keep source folders as tags is so good. Please confirm: I can use bookmarkmanager.com SaaS and still keep using the google bookmark manager with no conflict, right?
