First experience with Bookmark Manager
Negative point!
The arrival experience is a nightmare. For 90% of users, especially those with many favorites, it's a living hell! You have to tag each favorite and perform a search each time, which is tedious. Regrettably, there is no possibility of tagging in series.
You should also bear in mind that when you export, you lose all your tags. There's no transportable structure, e.g. a CSV output to export these favorites to another system. All you get is a basic HTML export to import your bookmarks into your browser.
If, at a later date, you need to change to a system capable of importing tags, you'll lose all your accumulated ranking. What a disappointment, all those years of ranking for nothing! It's very important to bear this in mind.
I think it's urgent to find solutions to these two problems.
I hope all this will soon be corrected to simplify the arrival of newcomers to the Bookmark Manager platform.
On the plus side!
After the nightmare of organizing bookmarks, Bookmark Manager is quick and easy to use. I'm not going to waste time setting up all my bookmarks, because there are too many of them and they're too complex to do in series.
If I'm thinking of keeping Bookmark Manager, it's mainly to turn it into a sort of quick menu. As it stands, it's not a real tool for handling bookmarks, but it's still a very good basis.
It also lacks essential functions such as duplicate management and invalid links.
There's still a long way to go. I sincerely hope that the developer, who seems like a nice guy, will make the changes absolutely necessary to make Bookmark Manager an essential online software.
I'll give it a 3/5 rating for encouragement, but for me, it's not yet a real Bookmark Manager.

It's actually not correct that the export does not include tags. It does include all tags and can be imported to other bookmark managers that support tags, like Raindrop for example.
It's also possible to tag multiple bookmarks at once. You can press the shift key or the ctrl/command key while clicking to select multiple bookmarks. You can also use the context menu next to the number of results to select all currently visible bookmarks.
