beyond the side-by-side comparison we will be able to do next to Amelia, what should we definitely know about Booknetic, compared to Amelia?

Dec 23, 2024A: Firstly, Booknetic is much more customizable and I would say more advanced.
You can set up custom workflows to perform a range of actions like sending emails, text messages among other things.
In general they do pretty similar things, but if you want to go the extra mile and configure more advanced setups, you can do this with Booknetic
