Disappointment

As from the beginning, I am always attracted to offers regarding video editing and creation.
I have already had many offers that have developed and also stagnated, and the Developers, when I point out to them that they "promised gold mountains", just don't care or are even aggressive some of them.
You probably also have your own "adventures" and experiences with this.
This product immediately caught my attention because artificial intelligence was included, so you could expect a lot more from the product and the Developer.
A sad experience as I bought the highest level and immediately started working with the company's support i.....?
It was fine for the first 2 weeks and then it was a pipe dream of cooperation only occasionally "we know sorry we are working on it"!
And after a month they didn't reply at all anyway to all of you when asked if there will be Woocommerce there were no clear and factual answers either.
Another product that brings great disappointment and a sad experience.
I've shown them so many errors I've pointed out places where they urgently need to improve and minor cosmetic changes, that's all.
Today I was sad to hand over the bid and I had so many hopes placed in it that it would so assist our work which takes so much time.
I can't give this offer a good review because the company has a bit of a backseat to us who are investing in this project and I immediately from the highest level.
To sum it up, however, one should be careful with such offers where the customer support does nothing and responds when it wants to because this does not bode well for us.
A product that could be successful because it looks like it could be, but one has to ask oneself whether it is worth it in view of the involvement of the product developers.
