Dont buy this if your expecting a product like InVideo. The power of this software is its easy of use for making short form videos and reels. I dont have a Shopify store, so I uploaded images and 10 seconds later I got my reel. Dont like it click the button and get a selection of more templates to choose from. Its that simple. Other programs allow you get to pick a template and customise it, have total control of fonts and audio, extend your video to 30 minutes use various overlays etc. You can not compair both products. Its very good for what it was designed to do. Sure its not perfect yet, improvments could be made with having the choice of audio and some control over fonts. Im happy with the product as it gives me a lot of short form reels and videos in minutes. I did not have any problems with rendering any video. So I you want to make long form videos, have total control of the video length, colours and fonts dont buy this software. If you want to upload a group of photos and in less than 5 minutes have 10 reels, seriously look at this. On the website sign up and get 5 free trys of the software and make your mind up. i did not look at road maps or anything, I just used the software as it is right now. I also did not need to use support so I cant comment on that. Its not perfect, but I like it, so I will give it 5 tacos.
