Their updated FAQ states "We do not host our servers in Russia. We are hosted on DigitalOcean in data centers" however, when I use BoomerangMe, my traffic monitor shows it going out to Russia IPs. Online research shows that it's no longer associated with Russia. This is an issue with sanctions in USA so I'd like to get a real answer if possible. I am also interested in the Agency reseller plan. As a community, we help put your business on the map, and it's shameful and pitiful that you won't make this offer available to your existing customers; especially those that have bought Tier 5. I will keep an eye out for your prompt response, but highly doubt I will receive one, which will also be for the benefit of the broader community.
They've gotten too big and snobbish and this is really sad because we're the community that helped them get to where they are today. They've totally treated us like trash by not at least giving us the courtesy of offering us the same LTDs. Quite sad :-(
