Q: Hi, I am totally new to loyalty programs and digital loyalty cards, could you do a “for dummies” explanation?
1) Why are Apple Wallet and Google Play needed?
2) Geolocation/push notifications within a radius of 100 meters seem pretty cool, but just to customers who have cards installed...? How are the cards installed?
3) I have a client, a medical center, located on the third floor of a crowded street, how would Bommerang work for them? I mean, from the start...?

1. Customers install cards in these e-wallets.
2. That's right. The client installs the card by scanning the QR code or by following the link to install the card.
3. Your client, the medical center - creates a loyalty program in their account. Then the center's clients install the card in their phone (in Apple Wallet or Google Pay or Wallet Passes) and use the loyalty system.
