Q: Is there a better way to reach out to your support team?
I sent an email to support on August 13th and have gotten no response. I would also like to do the onboarding call offered to resellers and need info on that. My team is struggling with your API and they are not getting any responses either.

I purchased 5 app sumo codes and paid the $499 prior to the price increase. My account is under xxxxxxx and my name is xxxxxxx.
I am loving everything I have played with in Boomerangme but I am not able to add any team members to my account
I think there is an error because the button is not working no matter what browser I try. Can you help me with that?
Also, is there a better way to reach out to support moving forward? Maybe a ticket system that I may have missed?

Where is intercom located? I have gone through every single page and not seen the typical intercom show up at all. I personally use intercom on my own site and I dont see anything on your site. Maybe I am missing it so I need help finding it.
I am also not getting any responses from the new email port@ either. This system is AMAZING but I am concerned about basic support now.
I also did not get the message you said you were sending so we could talk with someone on the team.

Actually, the email you gave fails every time. port@boomerangme.cards is not a real email. I really need to know there is a way to get support. There is defiantly no intercom app in my portal. The one on your home page only collects emails. Your support phone isn't working, your listed support email hasn't been responded to since I purchased the product. I can't add a single team member because the team member add button is inactive
Listen, the system is amazing. I love it already but I need to know you have support PLEASE 🙏
