A Lot of Potential, But...
First, there is potential with this product, and the LTD is an excellent opportunity if you have the time and patience to wait out the bugs, documentation, and customer service style.
1. The customer service is responsive, but it isn't conducive to tech-related questions as there is not a lot to take a screenshot of. For example, I never once got the geo-based push notifications to send, not one. I asked about it in chat and was asked if I was a boomerangme customer....
2. The lack of style control on the cards that are generated is a cause for concern, but I am sure that this could be updated over time
3. The scanner application on the seller side (if you are reselling this product) is not mature enough (in delivery and functionality) for what it needs to be, as it's vital to functionality for the cards.
4. I am concerned about the long-term viability of this company, given how many bugs and foundational items were present after signup.
Final thoughts: Is it worth a shot? Yes, but know that you may encounter significant issues or delays. Sumolings, you get 60 days, so why not?

1. Can you tell me exactly what our support guys couldn't help you with? I feel weird hearing that because most customers praise our support.
2. If you mean the additional customization options for the loyalty card, we allow you to edit 100% of what the technical limitations of Apple Wallet and Googe Pay/Wallet allow.
3. we consciously tried to make the scanner app as easy to use as possible and added only necessary basic features. The scanner app is essentially the same as the manual barcode scanner at the POS terminal. Why does it need additional functionality?
