Good but with some serious problems
I bought the max tier + the agency addon.
The team is very helpful and the app has great potencial.
However i feel responsible for leaving a honest review, since nobody is talking about it.
- The sub-account creation process is not smooth. you have to actually login in the sub-accounts to re-define the password, otherwise clients cannot login from the welcome email.
- If i login from boomerang url, instead of my whitelabel url, i can access other people´s "lifetime" accounts. See their names, their coupons, stripe accounts, etc. This is a big security flaw that nobody is talking about, and should be taken care of immediately.
- If i delete a sub-account... i can´t recreate it later on.. i have to ask support to do it manualy. This is not convenient.
- And lastly, boomerang team is cold calling and sending whatsapp messages to all my clients. This is completely unnaceptable and a serious violation of GDPR privacy law.
These are only my first impressions... i can imagine there is a lot of other issues to talk about, but these ones are fundamentals - Security and privacy should come first.
Hope this can be fixed asap. My confidence level has decreased dramatically with this and i hope the team can apologise, fix it and move ahead with the proper strategy.

First of all thank you for buying the 5 codes and the reseller option.
1. You don't need to redefine the password, as you set it when you create the sub-account.
2. We solved the login problem at the beginning of this week. You can read about it in our updates https://roadmap.boomerangme.biz/boomerangme/#/updates
3. This scenario cannot be changed because of the service architecture. Moreover, if you try to delete your Facebook account and then try to create a new one with the same login, it will not work.
4. We did make some mailing lists, and the sub-accounts got into them by mistake. This problem is already fixed, it won't happen again. I apologize for that.
5. We work every day 7 days a week to improve the product according to your requests. Thank you for your understanding.
