Promising...but
I spent 2 hours with one of the senior people with Boomerangme. The tool is promising, no doubt. But not ready for any real scale.
I am an agency owner, I have a lot of restaurant clients. I was looking for a solution to create customer loyalty cards fast and then give it to the client so they can go into a portal and add users, look at redemptions etc.
So in this 2-hour zoom meeting, I outlined quite a few items I needed to make it work in an agency. They took good notes and said they understood the changes. That was 3 months ago. Not one of them has even been looked at.
For instance, when you log in as a client, it defaults to the level of account for me, not for what they purchased. So the purchase options don't mean anything. On that same note, I changed the prices, and it doesn't change for the clients. Like it doesn't even save what I've entered.
Those are just two small examples.
Why spend the 2 hours with me asking for my feedback and not even put the changes on a roadmap or even follow up? I spent $1000 extra directly with them to purchase the agency plan.
Until changes are made, for any agency where you want customers to have any self-service, the documentation is lacking, and where they do have it, there are pretty important details missing.
So now I'm sitting on a pretty expensive boat anchor until they have something that works.
Highly disappointing.
Good features, easy to configure (once you've figured it out), and thus 3 tacos. But really just a toy at this point.

May 14, 2024๐ Hey mhclapperton,
Thanks for the clarifications. ๐
I see the misunderstanding here.
1. You need to connect your domain name, set up a white label, and work through your domain. From your domain โ> Login with your main credentials โ> Agency account (crown icon left side menu) โ> Sub-accounts โ> Create a sub-account.
Or just provide your domain name as a link to self-made registration to your customers.
2. You need to check the prices in your sub-accounts from your domain name.
3. I will look forward to your Loom link for a detailed breakdown of all the issues. I'm sure you and I will get everything set up and running at its best.
Great sales to you and only loyal customers.
Best regards,
Mike.
