Every support request has taken about a month to receive a reply which means that the tool for me is almost unusable. \u000a\u000aThe only reason why I bought the codes from Appsumo was because of the custom HTML integration. I paid my programmer to create a working optin form that adheres to your requirements being HTML only, and then he had to create a custom api integration on the submission page so that the information goes to Salesflare. \u000a\u000aIt still didn\u0027t work with Boost. I submitted a few requests to support now. Most of the time they go unanswered. One time someone replied and asked for the code, I sent it to him. That was over a month ago. Not cool. And now I cant even get my money back because it\u0027s past the 60 day mark. \u000a\u000aThe thing is, whether or not the Boost team is working on new features or not, most people who I\u0027ve spoke to on Facebook feel that they\u0027ve been scammed. If you don\u0027t have customer confidence, you\u0027ll have no product.
