BUYER BEWARE! The only reason this product has so many 5 tacos is that, after purchase, they promise free bonuses to sumo-lings by adding more 'contacts' credits if you leave a review. They even tell you how the review should be, i.e and I quote directly from their email: "the reviews need to be informative and not generic" How much information can one have immediately after purchase without consistent use of the product?

I purchased two codes during their launch back in Feb 2020 and initially managed to log in to my account after redeeming. However, I had issues connecting my social accounts and thought it may have been the fact they were on launch mode. When I tried again a few months later, I had the same issue. Today, I can't even log in to the account and even tried to reset my password but didn't receive an email to allow me to.

All their sites are currently down except for the support ticket page which I've contacted them and based on the other complaints here, I have very little hope. This smells like a scam to me but I'll wait to see if their support team will get back and resolve my issues. It's been one year and seven months of being unable to use this product. Frankly, I'd rather have a refund. It also left a bad taste for me with appsumo.
