I understand your team is constantly working on this tool, but the onboarding experience needs improvement, especially for newcomers trying to understand and use it. Please simplify the tool to make it more user-friendly. I’ve spent a couple of days trying to make my use case work, but I’m struggling and cant get anything to work. Your team did respond to my earlier comment about parsing my own email for leads and their information, but the solution was too technical for me to implement. Where can we find your roadmap, and when will you consider simplifying the tool for non-technical users?
Hi there, I have stored my login details like username and password but I don't remember my system name. How do I find it or reset so I can log in please?
1. In the verification email that we sent you from "system@boost.space" you should see your system name 2. We can find the system name for you if you write your email associated with it via our support - support@boost.space.
I think I like boost.space, but I don't get it (yet).
My first project idea was: Import everything from old notebook apps and delete it from there (Evernote, OneNote, Keep). Connect Wizwrite for taking new notes via Microphone. Later I want to create Google Docs from selected notes.
I watched many of your videos and tried many times to connect Google Keep, Google Sheets, etc. as a data source. Google keeps telling me something about OAUTH.
It seems to be able connect to Evernote, OneNote, and others, but I didn't really figure out how to import all my old notes from previous years into a table.
But, at least I was able to receive some content from wizwrite and store it in a table. :-)
Do you have a tutorial video that explains for example how to import all contents from google keep without running into this OAUTH error?
Hmmm I am not sure why you should be getting those errors from Google side. There is only a need to create your custom credentials for Gmail but for others you should be good to go with our Public OAuth2 connection. Please contact us directly via our suppot - support@boost.space so we can take a look into it. If you can also share with me some...
Not sure :). Right now we are not focusing on other languages for the system ...that would also require to have other support languages, other resources etc. :). It would not be fair to just have system in japanese for example and then no content for it right :). Since we do not have anyone from there it would not make sense. I hope that nowadays English should be enough.
Q: Finding this tool painful to understand

Q: Currently I see that the panel has Czech and English ...
Are you planning other languages, what and when will they be available❓

We can introduce other languages in the future, but currently we support those two :).
