Q: Facebook modules not working
I've sent a couple of e-mails to your support already, but never received any answer.
I am trying to integrate the facebook module into my scenario.
I've followed the steps to create the connection successfully, but it seems, that the created app does not have the necessary rights to retrieve certain information.
Here is an example of an error log: The operation failed with an error. (#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation. This endpoint requires the 'pages_read_engagement' permission or the 'Page Public Content Access' feature or the 'Page Public Metadata Access' feature. Refer to https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/login-permissions#manage-pages, for details. (100, OAuthException)
How can I grant the required access??
