So records are basically rows in the database as you mention - so yes 1 contact stored in the database is considered as 1 record and the same goes for invoices, tasks, products etc. So in your case if you would want to store 30k contacts and orders that would be 60k records...not sure which entries you mean in quickbooks...if it can be associated to recod then it is not a record...if all of those entries are records ...then yes that would be 90k :).
PS: If you need more limits you can use our monthly addon for 10USD that would add 20k limits (operations/records) and you can choose how you want to split that ...so even 20k records and 0 operations...this addon can be stacked :).

Vit, is this pricing for addtional opertaions/records appsumo user discounted pricing?
The pricing is available only to Appsumo users and it is the way to add more operations/records since there is no other way to bump the limits :)
