Q: license expired.
i bought lifetime license tier1 with appsumo and status is redeemed.
but, i got an email saying your license had been expired.
please tell me how to deal with it.

Same here. All of a sudden my license expired today (Tier 2)
Hey there, as I mentioned above, you do not need to worry. If there is some issue with your system that there should not be I am quite sure we will be able to resolve it quickly. Usually the redemption was not done properly and we can fix that :).
