A frustrating and counterintuitive platform
Boost.space is marketed as a platform for centralizing company data and automating processes, but in practice it proves to be extremely frustrating and ineffective.
Main Issues
Poor Synchronization Many integrations fail to work as expected. Data either isn’t updated in real time or desynchronizes almost immediately, making reliable work virtually impossible.
Counterintuitive and Unclear Interface The user experience is a mess—features are poorly organized, and figuring out how to set up automations takes far too long compared to more established solutions.
Ineffective Customer Support Support is slow and often unhelpful, with responses that fail to resolve issues effectively.
Unstable Performance The platform is sluggish, riddled with bugs, and overall unreliable, which makes it a risky choice for business operations.
At the moment, Boost.space is more of a hindrance than a help. I hope they improve soon, otherwise I feel like I've just thrown my money away.

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't sync as expected. In your case, especially with Facebook Lead Ads and Make.com (which involve third-party services), we did provide you with a step-by-step guide and even a video walkthrough — which has helped other users resolve similar issues. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you after that, despite multiple follow-ups. We're still here and happy to help if the issue persists.
2. User Interface & Usability
We recognize that the platform can feel complex, especially given the depth and flexibility it offers. That said, we're continuously improving the UI/UX based on feedback — including yours — to make automation setup and data management more intuitive.
3. Customer Support
According to our records, we’ve responded to your support requests in a timely manner, and followed up when we didn’t receive a reply. We aim to be helpful and thorough, but of course, we're always looking to improve. If you felt underserved, that’s on us, and we take it seriously.
4. Platform Stability
Since the time of your last activity (April/May), we’ve rolled out several major updates to improve speed, performance, and reliability. We encourage you to give Boost.space another try — you may find it’s a very different experience now.
