Beautiful App & Very Satisfied With The Level Of Support

Update: As predicted this founder has gone above and beyond the call of duty and addressed my concerns exactly the way I was hoping he would respond. My hope is that this level of support is consistent throughout the entire company. I have decided to give Boost.Space another go as I am confident this company is being led by the right person for the job.

To the founder, you have a great product. However you need to look into how your support team troubleshoots issues. I lost the ability to create spaces within modules and informed your support team this may have happened because there was a rogue user named "Veřejné" in my account. I did not create this user, so I deleted all instances of that user in my settings. As a result, I lost the ability to create any spaces within any modules I installed. I understand it is black friday so your support team might overwhelmed. I do not understand why the support team wasn't able to just reset my account to default settings. Shouldn't this be a feature in case something breaks? They told me it would be difficult because that would involve explaining to the AppSumo team something that they weren't able to divulge to me. Anyhow, it's a shame because I was really hoping to use this product for my company. If AppSumo allows it, perhaps I can purchase tier 4 again.

To clarify, the “rogue user” you mentioned is actually a default system user category designed to ensure you can share your space with everyone. Unfortunately, the translation wasn’t accurate (it should say “Everyone”), and I’ll make sure we prevent this category from being deleted in the future to avoid similar issues.

We’ve already fixed your system by restoring the default system user category (please don’t delete it again 😅). If you’ve processed a refund, you should be able to purchase the system again without any problems—just a quick heads-up, the deal ends soon!
