So far, not so good

1. After reading all the great reviews here i decided to give it a try.
I tried to create super simple automation and it "pinged out".
I reached to support, which is btw super slow, and asked for help.

They told me because I used something from make.com and therefore they needed to ask them, and then update me...what? and I thought I'm using boost.space. the idea that I need to wait for another company, in order to implement a simple thing, it NOT IDEAL AT ALL.
HOW CAN IT BE?!

2. I created another automation, a different ones. after 2 days they stopped it saying "I need to use a boost.space module and not only make.com models for this to run" - what?! again?!

the support is bad
this product is not working
I need to wait for make.com to update boost.space and then only update me

how can you run anything like that?!?!!

this Is 1 taco until they prove me they deserve more.

this black Friday I could only buy ONE deal, and I decided to give them a try - NOW I REGRET NOT GIVING THE OTHER APPS A TRY INSTEAD

The timeout issue you experienced is caused by the Hugging Face server—this is completely out of our control and not something our support team can fix, despite the frustration you’ve expressed.

We only reached out to the Make.com team because you mentioned that your automation worked there. We made every effort to contact an external support team to find a solution, but they confirmed that the issue is also beyond their control.

What would you have our support team or product do differently when a third-party server times out? As for your second concern, our policy clearly states that you must include a Boost.space module in your automations. This is part of our fair usage policy, ensuring that everyone receives the intended value from our platform.

Let’s work together to find a solution. Hugging Face’s Zero GPU option in their Pro plan might provide faster processing and help prevent timeouts. Would you be willing to consider this?
