- No, you can not add buttons, everything is text-only, for the things like ask email or confirm something, you could simply use instructions such as "Ask email ID to customer before assisting with pricing details" or "Type yes to continue and no for cancel"

- Yes, Bot9 can be used as an alternative to platforms like Voiceflow and ManyChat. It allows you to build and train AI chatbots for automating customer support and sales, and it integrates easily with various platforms.
