Q: Hi Team, Can I connect more than 1 bot to a single free Crisp account?

If it's possible, how does it work?
For example, bot A is trained on the website www.A.com, and bot B is trained on www.B.com and both are linked with my free Crisp account. So if a user from website A asks a question through Crisp then bot A replies from website A's knowledgebase and if a user from website B asks a question through Crisp then bot B replies to it from website B's knowledgebase.

A: Thank you for providing your email. Regarding your question about connecting more than one bot to a single free Crisp account, our platform currently supports integrating a single bot per account. This setup requires careful planning in the bot's training data and logic to ensure the correct responses are triggered based on the website the inquiry originates from.

Thanks for your reply. So in this regard, I need to further ask if it's possible to have a universal INBOX (one inbox) for all the different bots. So in this way, if we have more than one bot and a user connects with any bot from any website, we can get real-time conversation in one inbox where we can be involved if needed.

Yes, the Bot9's Inbox feature serves as a central hub where you can manage conversations from all your bots across "different channels" in one place.

However, having single consolidated inbox for multiple bots created under one account is not available.
