Hi, how do I retrain the responses of the chatbot?

E.g. If it gives the wrong answers, I want to be able to retrain it so it gives the correct answers next time

I already have a chatbot on my website, so I do not need to use it there. However, I would like to know if I can use bot 9 on my whatsapp alone when getting messages. Meaning, that the bot responds even if it is not used on the website.
