Q: I just saw that you're removing the BYOK api feature from Bot9.
To confirm, will all accounts that purchased the appsumo tiers that included BYOK api feature continue to have the BYOK option? Many of us purchased the deal for that key feature.

rafael75PLUSHey Mitch, I just figured it out today this too. terrible news. I can’t even sleep now. I also purchased tier 3 because of the unlimited bots and BYOK api feature. I just created a new bot to test and the BYOK option disappeared 😡

And if you ask them for additional costs once you exceed your credits, they just don't reply. I'm sending them emails for 1,5 week already. So far, no response at all. I like(d) the platform, but this is no way of doing business. This is dodgy 😒
