I am looking for a chatbot software that can answer questions for customers that visit my bookkeeping website and i will need it to be trained to answer any possible question that my customers might have about bookkeeping and my services.
itrait24Sup man I use bot9 I can answer some for ya , you have the ability to use webhooks through triggers like zapier , each bot has its own API and id , white label option is there but directly with bot9 at a additional cost since they have to create a white label portal,each bot has up to 25 emails addresses you can add for your staff that you want doing manual support, you can imbed bot9intoyoursite
You don't imbed the bot into your socials but there is a way you can have it answer questions in different places using the API and key bot9 is very robust and I recommend them a lot of people where upset when BYOK was taken down but I have t really noticed a back step with the bots responses hope that helps
