Abandoned tool - stay away

This started out as one of the most promising AI Chatbot tools, but it died within a year, if even that…

- no updates the past year and and the changelog page doesn’t work (expired domain).
- Support doesn’t answer any emails anymore.
My last email was about an issue with the bot behavior. It was sent. June 16th 2025. Still no answer.

- Features such as BYOK which was the main selling point for T2 and above got removed after like 3-4 months with the excuse that it was not used a lot. I have email proof.

- Many integrations that were promised and listed as coming soon, such as messenger integration, are yet to be released. It’s been 1.5 years.

- The team is very hostile here. Just look in the comments where they blame their customers for technical issues.

Getting in touch with support seems to be impossible

Reaching out to support seems to be impossible. I am unable to use the service not sure if everyone that bought this deal are experiencing issue. Hopefully the company is still supporting this project.

really disappointment

That situation was truly a significant disappointment for me, as everything came to a sudden halt without any explanation. It left me feeling frustrated and confused, especially since there were no answers or comments to clarify what had happened. I was really hoping for some engagement and interaction, but instead, it felt like communication just ceased altogether. The lack of feedback only added to my discontent and left me wondering what went wrong.

The project is dead but AppSumo refused to admit it

No update for a year, services stop working but AppSumo told me the project is not dead.

You seem to be new to the tech world because we have the custom calling functionality which means you can link it in the world go figure out how to do it instead of writing somebody because of your poor knowledge or understanding of technology

huge disappointment

The product showed great promise, but a few weeks after the sale in Appsumo they basically abandoned the project. I never got a single response from their team.
The custom actions (they were among the first to implement them) never worked. And since they took away the ability to use their own ApiKey, the quality of responses is very bad.

Among the worst purchases of Appsumo.

It is effectively closed, but without being closed.
A nice way of not disbursing the refund.

Unserious for both the founder and appsumo itself, which should not associate its name with such practices and protect its plus users.
