For me, Bot9 stands out as the best bot on AppSumo. It has everything I need, including a feature that lets you set rules like "if this happens, then do that," which not all bots have. What really sets it apart is how it uses advanced technology to make conversations feel more like talking to a real person.

I like it so much that I'm planning to move up from tier 2 plan to the top tier. I hope they add a feature to work with Google Sheets like Botsheet does; that would make it even more amazing. After looking at all the options, I've decided Bot9 is the one for me. I've stopped using all other bots on AppSumo, though I'm still thinking about Botsheet to add on my list.
