Q1: I have always had challenges setting up the text or conversations to program in bots, do you all help with this or suggestions?
Q2. Is there a way to use bot on Facebook (and not be spammy or break any agreement with FB) to engage with people/conversations? Does your app help with this? Vs. relying on the user landing on our site. And if not, suggestions?
