If you are using one of the templates, you need to create an AI Bot Playbook to trigger personalized proactive messages to popup. In this way, you can let your visitors trigger the Widget by pressing a CTA button. Please check our article to learn how to set up an AI Bot Playbook. If not, you need to create a bot that starts with a Decision CTA step on the AI Bot Builder. And then you need to create an AI Bot Playbook as well. Please check our article to get more detailed information on the Decision CTA step. (botgate.ai/help/steps/decision-cta)
