Worst deal ever. Jumper.ai the new owners of the service just shutted it down and do not respond on any message and Nicolas Le Roux who was the previous owner and sold us the deal do not want to contact them as well. Shame
Q: The way MobileMonkey is marketed right after Botletter really piss me off but additionally I do not ...
appreciate when they are lying about how the product compare with Botletter. Please Botletter team use MobileMonkey as an inspiration and steal whatever good they came up with :P Im not going to invest in their crazyness - Im loyal already.
I don't have a company facebook page yet, only a personal one. Obviously I'll be wanting to use this with the company page when that goes live. Can I try it with my personal facebook page, then switch over to using it with the company facebook page later? Is that ok? Thanks, Ray
Does Botletter save previous subscribers or all will belts when connect to a new business page?
Q: I find the description of this tool extremely misleading.
"Botletter is like an email marketing service but better." But it's not even close. Appsumo and Botletter don't tell the MOST important difference of this tool and newsletter. You CAN'T send PROMOTIONAL messages. The way you use this tool should comply with Facebook Subscription Messaging Policy https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/policy/policy-overview#subscription_messaging and the main problem is that Facebook does NOT allow PROMOTIONAL messaging.
The way I see it, NO Discounts, NO Sales, NO new products updates are allowed, unless you want to risk your FB account for that onetime chance of a high ROI. I would really appreciate if such important differences were mentioned in product description.
A: Hello, Indeed you can't do sales with this tool. It's purely a soft sale tool allowing you to promote blog posts, product updates, news about your company or to promote your community achievements.
In case Facebook thinks you don't comply with their TOS, they will contact you before unpublishing your page. It never happened to Botletter's users so far.
I am planning to create a new FB account just to damage Botletter - however, in case this new FB account is banned later, is there "transfer" Botletter to a new FB account?
I am asking because I know FB is very strict about people creating multiple FB accounts and I have read FB will close these accounts without warning.
I already have ManyChat and when I sent a message through Botletter, when somebody responded, it didn't appear inside Botletter but rather ManyChat. (1) Does Botletter have a facility to chat with my subscribers? If so, please advise where on the app. (2) Are subscriber responses defaulting to ManyChat because it's the first Messenger Bot installed? Do I have to deactivate ManyChat in order to receive messages through Botletter?
A: Hello, ManyChat displays all your Page's Messenger messages you receive so that's normal that you see the Botletter messages there too. With Botletter, we choose to not interfere with your customer support in Messenger at all. It means that to reply to people individually, you just do it in the Messenger app as usual. We can't guarantee the compatibility with your Manychat implementation. If you see some issues, please deactivate ManyChat to make work Botletter.

Any of these two tools, makes me stack this deal twice.
A: Hello, Thanks for your feedback. A Zapier integration will be created and we will integrate with the most popular email solutions. As discussed with you earlier, we will see how to change our growth tools to be segmented.

Nope ... still offline.

My question is will the not used credit go over to the next month?

I don't see a way to connect it to my personal FB. I see the Pages, but not my feed.

Don't know how I missed it,
will there be more?
(Pleaaaaase!)
Q: hi, can't believe is gone!
Said more coupons, and now that I wanted to buy says sold out! Where is this deal?????
Share Lifetime Access to Botletter Pro Plan
truee!! Usually it says its almost gone or a countdown of how many coupons are left... there were no notices what so ever...
Something must have happened I think because this deal does not even show up on the homepage anymore as Sold out... it's just gone.
Q: Argh, logged-in to buy when I saw the reminder from AppSumo, missed it by a few hours.
:(
Any chance to add codes for us frustrated sumo-lings?
The critics are amazing, I'm sure there are other sumo-lings who'd like to support the dev team,
letting them amaze us even more !
Please consider,
Thanks!

Q: 5k?
In FB?! That's a teaser. Should be much higher limit than that and then stacked still. Which is fine.

Hi again, sorry the previous message "just to damage Botletter" should read "just to manage Botletter"... silly auto-correct!
apologies.... hope the forum admin can edit this for me :))
Hello, contact me in that case and I will perform the transfer ;)

Maybe I am missing something - Botletter is not a chat app, but a newsletter app. Two different functions.
You're right!
Q: Has anybody had any issues running Botletter and ManyChat on the same FB page?
Thanks
botletter
May 15, 2024A: The best is to try using both of them and see if it breaks the user experience. For most cases, it should work fine ;)

Q: Please define a "message" for me.
I've used ManyChat in the past and a sequence could have 10-20 separate posts before it's over. Is that the same as 10-20 messages?
Thanks.
