Q: Just purchased but a little confused.
I already have ManyChat and when I sent a message through Botletter, when somebody responded, it didn't appear inside Botletter but rather ManyChat.
(1) Does Botletter have a facility to chat with my subscribers? If so, please advise where on the app.
(2) Are subscriber responses defaulting to ManyChat because it's the first Messenger Bot installed? Do I have to deactivate ManyChat in order to receive messages through Botletter?

ManyChat displays all your Page's Messenger messages you receive so that's normal that you see the Botletter messages there too.
With Botletter, we choose to not interfere with your customer support in Messenger at all. It means that to reply to people individually, you just do it in the Messenger app as usual.
We can't guarantee the compatibility with your Manychat implementation. If you see some issues, please deactivate ManyChat to make work Botletter.
