Q: For the 10 stacked codes, is 5M visitor per month per website or total?

If total, that's very limiting for eCommerce use.

Does this app have the ability to let live agents take over? If so, how many agents allowed? Is there also transfer capability between agents? How about departments?

Do you have integration with other support software like Abhisi or Labidesk?

Is this completely whitelabel?

How about custom domains? How many CNAME is allowed for max stacked codes?

Hope you are doing good.

The limit is for Unique users only and we did alot of brainstorming by seeing numbers. Also the limit is for all bots not for the one.

Botsify is not a complete typical live chat platform but Chatbot so yes you can handover chats to live agent from chatbot and even transfer chats to different agents but departments are not available currently.

If the tools you have mentioned has public APIs available then you can easily integrate.

Yes it's completely White-label.
