To begin, I have been using Manychat for about 5 months. It's been good, and I was used to the simplicity of creating tree/automated messages with buttons and flows. I was a bit skeptical with Botsify and even after I purchased it, I thought it was clunky because it lacks the smooth looking tree image where you can see all of your blocks.

However, botsify is not only great for its price, but also because it will save you time! In ManyChat, I had to create the same responses for various different segments. However, with Botsify, I create it once, and insert the block into my new story. This is time saving!

Additionally, the training feature is cool! If a potential client/lead inputs a message your bot isn't familiar with, you can train your bot so if someone in the future uses the similar words, your bot will know how to properly respond! This is amazing!

I canceled my Manychat account days ago, and am now just programing my Botsify bot.
