Too underrated

I think Botsify is too underrated. Tried out the deal, and I love it.

What I love about Botsify:
1. Very strong autoresponder from my view. The ability to responds not only based on keywords but could also
=> filter it with multiple levels of requirements.
=> Able to detect similar keywords (eg, use = using = used).
=> Keywords variable (insert different meaning into a single keyword based on data).
=> Chatbot auto-translation.

*The bot gets smarter after every customer because there will be a data pool of keywords with numbering. So you'll know what's getting ask from your business multiple times and you can put it into the bot with the above keyword features. (and also track buttons click rates)

This itself is value 100%. If your business sells a single product or service, it would be time-saving max.

Some nice to have features are
2. Able to video call clients. (tried, works like a charm).
3. Analytics on customer interaction based on hours and days. (useful to study behaviors and responses).
3. webhooks (one-time success connects with encharge, beautiful~)
4. Exclude bot on website url/ IP addresses.
5. FB page comment, auto-reply.
5. Broadcast/ auto sequence messages

NOW FOR THE CONS
1. the user interface and tutorial video not as expected. (but luckily the chatbot outer view looks professional, like intercom)
2. Has a little learning curve.
3. Cant find their affiliate program (slow growth). The good side is, there are quite a number of authoritative blogs backlinks to it.
4. WhatsApp business additional fee ($1000/ yr). (I'm not using, so yeah~)

Not sure who's not suitable for this deal. But I can tell that this company is solid, and is scalable for business because of the low cost after you've exceeded Appsumo's limit ($10 for 1000 additional messages).

My suggestion for improvements
1. Possible to have an outlook close to the intercom at the moment it pops up? Like having multiple choices of articles to read before hand, and another "ask us" button on top. (would bring professionalism to the next level).
2. And also the UI is not very attractive, need to redesign bit...but great AI bot. love it!
3. The information of the customer could be display on the right-hand side together with the notes. Instead of having to click an additional button to review each info. That would be great!
