Hello Botstar team, I am confused about what is included in the Chative product. I am being asked to upgrade to business in order to use the app for chats. Since I purchased this deal, I asked if you were planning to add an app for chat and I was told yes. The bot for me was a cool nice to have, but I was more interested in the chatting aspect and that is why I got this deal and waited. I am currently using Tawk.to that is a free chat but was planning to migrate when your app was ready. Can you clarify please. It makes no sense to have 9 seats for the bots but no seats for live chat. Thank you Thank you
