Well, I don't tend to rate AppSumo purchases too often but this one is a definite 5 Taco rating.

Having previously bought another bot builder on Appsumo I was skeptical at first, but having played with BotStar for a while I bought an extra couple of codes. The product is super simple to use, but also offers advanced functionality for those that want to stretch it a little.

The basic functionality and extensibility of BotStar make this a real winner in my eyes. The UI is very intuitive, and the temaplates are a great starting point when building bots, or just to learn how to build them as well.

Anyone worried about the JVZoo connection should calm down. When you're starting up a business you have to make trade offs and sometimes you have to do things you not entirely comfortable with or regret later. You should rate a product on your actual experience of it and how you are treated. As far as I'm concerned this is a sound product with a healthy future.

Let's try to be realistic when moaning about little things in a deal. Some people have complained that they're not getting unlimited sessions. If we want BotStar to flourish, we have to expect them to control their costs in a businesslike way so they can grow and stick around. We're still getting a steal of deal so let's support these company founders. If you can generate demand that outstrips the sessions on offer, you can afford to pay more for the privilege. I don't like to be harsh, but we need to be fair with founders.
