I've been in the chatbot world for over two years now and have investigated most of the products out there. When I started implementing AI through Dialogflow, I knew I needed a front-facing solution in order to allow for live chat. There are a lot of options out there, but Bot Star has been a dream come true. It is the product that I wished existed, and after doing extensive research, lots of trials, and comparisons of everything else out there, I just happened to stumble upon this amazing solution. Not only is the product superior to everything else out there, but the support is phenomenal. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and go out of their way to resolve your problems. Whether it's guiding you to their very thorough documentation, or providing you with a direct solution themselves so that you can both understand and implement it, I am so thankful for how attentive they have been. As far as features, BotStar has the capabilities to do anything you need to in order to make a customized and smart chatbot. I love that they use the flow editor so that you can see a diagram of how your chat flow will be laid out, and the drop and drag functionality is very convenient. Everything saves instantly, so you don't have to worry about losing changes just because you didn't enter something in correctly - or complete a section properly (which is an issue that I've had with other platforms). It also integrates with just about anything you could need, and I know this is constantly evolving. I also LOVE that they have a built-in CMS system so that you can add in all of your content in advance, and then just pull it into a bot during creation so that you don't have to recreate it each time. I could go on and on, but to summarize, everything is very user-friendly and smartly designed. I think it has a lot of potential and I'm grateful to have discovered it. I plan to use it with clients as well, and love that you can customize permissions so that a client can only view certain parts (like just the live chat functionality without seeing the bot flow, etc.). If you're considering this product, I highly recommend it! You won't regret it.
