Hello everyone.

I tried various messenger chatbots like Manychat and Mobile Monkey and have purchased my set of LTDs here in Appsumo. I have to say that Botstar has a lot of features that rival even the paid versions of Manychat and Mobile Monkey. But has made it as easy as building a bot like Continually.

Continually was one of the few bots that I took a liking to because of its UI. I find this chatbot very similar to Continually in ways of building out your bot. I do like Continually tries to do is make things simple. Unfortunately, it falls short of several features.

There are so many new things to learn about Botstar like the Modules and the CMS feature, that I think that there is learning curve for beginners. But what most of those other Sumolings have mentioned here, support is very good and wiling to walk you through the process.

For Manychat, you won't get that type of support even if you are a paying client. Manychat also charges per. Facebook page and it gets very cumbersome to manage chats when you have a team.

Manychat does have a way to integrate it with Dialogflow. However, I have to rely on a 3rd party software to connect to it and it was costing my client $30 a month for that integration. Its a nice feature but after a while, he realize that it was an expense he can do without.

Botstar has Dialogflow integration. Although it does need some work I was able to pick my Flow right within Botstar.

Lastly, I would like to request that Botstar integrates with Hubspot. I'm sure that would be an easy integration and its one reason why I like Continually. It allows to take the data from the chatbot right into Hubspot.

I also would like to recommend that you build something like Manychat's Growth Tools. Maybe turn that into Wordpress plugin where we can create buttons, landing page popups and even be able to integrate a chatbot with a Facebook messenger ad. What would be great if Botstar can integrate with my favorite web builder like Elementor or Divi. Where we can build out an entire fully functional chatbot using the page builder. I can dream about it right?

Anyways, I highly recommend this chatbot to anyone, beginners and agency alike. Be warmed that there is a learning curve. But certainly anyone can learn it if they put their mind into it.
