Clueless New Direction
Even though they have been communicating the changes, they don't communicate instructions. What are we going to do? What are the steps to follow? Do we have to pay or loose everything? Do we get the new limits without paying anything? How we move from one system to the other? Is this automatic, do I have to do something? There are maybe 10 more questions but..... :(
The "we are sorry for the inconvenience" doesn't cut it anymore.
