I’m currently experiencing an issue with your email verification service — it doesn’t seem to be working as expected. Could you please check and let me know if there’s any outage or if something needs to be adjusted on my end? Email support team didn't get any answer
Q: I just tested this API out and even built an entire WordPress plugin hoping this would be a good service.
Everything just comes back "unknown" like the others have mentioned. Right now there is just no way to rely on this. Not even a real tool at this point.
When are you going to fix this? Scaling up servers normally takes minutes.

It didn't add up that most of your reviews were bad with many of the concerns being consistent to date. When I looked closer a the reviews I noticed MOST of the good reviews had this in common:
1. Some reviewers had 1 to 2 deals that were bought. 2. Some reviewers had 0 deals bought meaning they bought the product to review and immediately got their money back after making the review. 3....

There's a huge problem with Appsumo review system.
I've had experience for other apps purchased where I've given 1 or 2 tacos but the review doesn't show.
I made a complaint to support and they only publish them a long time after I left the review.
Q: I've seen a lot of bad reviews on email lists not being verified properly and delivering "unknowns" for the emails.
When are you guys fixing these issues for good?
