Q: Can you please explain this : "You can change your domain name ONCE during the life of your BOWWE account" ?

Example, if I get a domain name to my website, and I want to change it, it is only one time? really confused. Thanks in advance.

A: Hi ThetHtutOo,
of course. The rule allows you to change the domain address just once and any time you want. So how it works:
1. you buy AppSumo deal
2. you create projects in BOWWE
3. the first step is to put the domain name of the project.
Once you do it then you will be able to change it but only once.

Why do we have to have such a rule?

This rule is because if we allow unlimited changes then at the end of the day with this deal our clients would receive unlimited domains (but max 15 at the same time).

We would love to be able to offer such an unlimited deal to Sumo-lings but this would be against everybody:
* We have here a great BOWWE team, 34 persons who work hard and also want to earn money
* We need them to work and develop BOWWE all the time for you - these amazing guys will deliver you couple of times per month new features and all the time greater value of your BOWWE plans
* Without this growth and improvement, you wouldn't be able to compete on the market with your page.

Our goal and true mission are to deliver growth to our clients and this is extremely dynamic and challenging. It requires BOWWE constant improvements. Without that improvements, in couple of years, you would resign from these domains nevertheless

Thank you so much for the quick reply. The meaning is if I want to change it to the new domain ( for example, my old domain www(.)mywebsite(.)com was expired ) and I could only change it to the new domain address for once. After that , I am stuck with the new domain and cannot change it to another domain anymore. Am I correct?

Hi ThetHtutOo,
Remember that rules and regulations are generic and do not always allow a specific situation to be handled fairly/appropriately.
We are very open to our clients, so we would approach such a situation individually.

If you simply changed your website's domain, e.g. your client's or yours, but it would still be the same business and goal, we would definitely allow you to change the domain free of charge.

Best,
Karol
