Q: Hi, I just purchased Tier 2, and I immediately tried to create a new project/website.
But when I saved it, I saw that there is an expiration date of the project I created, which is until 2038. It means the website I created is only valid for 16 years. There's no way for me to change the expiration date for free, I have to prolong it by paying a subscription. Can you please confirm if this is true? If yes, your deal is very misleading since it's not a lifetime deal.

Thanks for asking. Each AppSumo deal is lifetime and is the same as it is written on AppSumo. You see in the dashboard now the temporary solution we introduced because we have never offered Lifetime Deals until now.
Soon it will be marked differently, and of course, the change will be made automatically. So you don't have to worry about anything.

In AppSumo, based on our past experience, we learned to always evaluate the software as it is within the refund window. And not to accept any promise that is not fulfilled within that period.
Therefore, if this issue hasn't been fixed before my 60-day refund window, I'm afraid I'm surely gonna refund this.
