I purchased Tier 2 in March 2022, and upgraded to Tier 3 in May 2022, so I have been a supporter of Bramework for a couple of years, so I wanted you to succeed. I was extremely disappointed a few months back with the fact that improvements to the platform have not been shared with the AppSumo early adopters. It's not as if the features you have implemented create additional running costs as far as AI credits are concerned, as First Draft Pro (for example) can simply use the allotted AI credits per month, which for me on Tier 3 is 200,000 words. So why don’t I and other AS customers not have access to these features? The same goes for Nova Chat and Blog Booster. I am (now) also extremely annoyed with AppSumo, as it appears they haven't done their due diligence before relisting Bramework. The Deal Terms & Conditions here clearly state, 'Previous AppSumo Plus customers will be grandfathered into any new features and feature limits.' Well, Bramework has added new features since leaving the platform, and guess what? They are all add-ons which require additional monthly payments. I look forward to reading your response.

So is there a plan of getting support to add our own APIs vs using the smart web navigator? I previously wrote a question about why was it advertised in the video with all the ad-ons vs just providing the basics you would get when you do purchase in a tiered plan? If there is a way to add our own API I might stick with it but just with the starter basic plan tier 2 I dont really see a value that other services already not provide and some can search the web at no additional cost. The first is. I notice that the content shrinks a lot when I rephrase it. The program spits out only one sentence if I select 3 sentences to rephrase together. My rephrasing will result in about 600 to 700 words if I start with 1000 words. Could you please take a look at this.

Q: In the deal terms and conditions it says "First Draft PRO credits, along with Nova Chat and Blog Booster ...
add-ons, are 50% off for the campaign's duration." Where can we purchase and/or view these add-ons and the costs for them? I didn't see it anywhere...not even on the bramework.com website. Would you have to purchase the First Draft Pro and Blog Booster separately? It's hard to determine what a 50% savings would be without knowing the cost of these items.

Q: Hello!
While using bramework, I observed two issues.
The first is. I notice that the content shrinks a lot when I rephrase it. The program spits out only one sentence if I select 3 sentences to rephrase together. My rephrasing will result in about 600 to 700 words if I start with 1000 words. Could you please take a look at this.
The second is. Copying words is generated by rephrasing. It is an AI that rewrites content that has already been copied. This is not a pilgrimage passed.
I would appreciate it if you looked into both issues.

Your limits, however, are tied to the plan purchased, not to the mapping (our Starter Plan has different limits than the tiers here).
This means that you shouldn't worry about downgrades, as that is not our intention. We will honor what is on the deal here.
Any features the Standard Plan receives, the AppSumo plans will receive proportionately to the purchased tier, similar to words and user seats increase.
