Q: Why does Support Ghost you?

I am not sure, but support has ghosted me, and I want clear direction before I'm forced to ask for a refund and then everyone loses. I purchased this tool less than 30 days ago and set up my account with my work email. I am no longer with the company and no longer have access to my Google Login Credentials to log in to Branalyzer. I am still within the 60-day refund, but I dont want a refund. Is it possible to switch my email login to the same email I have with Appsumo, my personal email? Otherwise, I have to cancel, and support is no longer returning my emails. I hope this isnt a reflection of how support works.
