Majestic Metrics No Longer Available! Poor Customer Support.
Very dissappointing.
I bought this mainly because it provided Majestic Data (TC and CF) along with Moz DA and PA. This is essential for any domaining activity.
But, just a few months AFTER I purchased here, the Majestic Data no longer appears.
I wrote to support asking why and NEVER got a reply.
I notice, in the product details above, Majestic data is STILL listed, yet it does not appear on the platform. This is misleading and fundamentally misselling, by the product owners. They should update the product description and at the very least write to all owners to explain the change in provision.
But based on their lack of response to my question, I must assume they are not interested in customer support. And have no interest in honoring the 'promise' of their product description here. As such I feel it is my responsibility to forewarn anyone else who is thinking of buying this product.
