Promising but lost of wotrk needed to make ut useable
We liked the product and tested it, saw some issues but went with it anyway, even just to support growth but since we found some major issues and flaws and contacting support several times .. and no response at all yet.
We tried and tried but getting incorrect values and even data (1 of the social links) from a competitor in the overviews as if it belongs to the tested company is just a big no.
Hopefully it'll get better soon (as we were just a few days later for a refund)

First of all, we are very sorry. A few months ago we changed the support ticket system and we think we have stopped answering some queries. Write us again and we will be happy to help you.
As you can see, the reviews of our users are very positive and in many, the support stands out. Although we are not perfect, we give it the utmost importance.
